Bwahaha! There is new villain in town, and he’s a monster admiring human. Allowed into the Heroes Headquarters to attend the Earth is in Danger Prophecy, he immediately announces his intentions to punish cowards who commit evil, and kill EVERYONE! Gotta love his dedication to pulverizing everyone at the meeting, both heroes and villains.
While Garo is causing havoc at HQ and beating everyone within an ounce of their life, Saitama and Genos are facing challenges of their own. Because he just won’t quit, Sonic shows up at Saitama’s apartment. Genos, thinking to save his mentor some hassle, decides to take care of the intruder himself. They fight. Spectacularly.
While Genos is otherwise engaged, and Saitama is oblivious to this development, a group of Class B heroes, lead by Rank 1 Hellish Blizzard, pay a visit to Saitama. They attempt to intimidate him into joining Blizzard’s faction, threatening his advancement in the ranks if he refuses. This goes over about as well as you’d think. Saitama isn’t scared of them, he’s annoyed that they’re bothering him, and fisticuffs ensue.
This was another action-packed installment. There are tons of fights, Genos and Sonic pummel each other, and Garo beats the tar out of so many heroes that he might create a shortage of them. The art during the battle between Sonic and Genos is fantastic. There is so much movement and animosity between them, but even with all of the speed lines and sound effects, the action is a joy to behold. Unlike some fighting manga series, the action is always clear in One-Punch Man, and I love the battle scenes. I love this series and I dread catching up on all of the published volumes.

About the book:
What happens when a superhero can beat the snot out of every villain with just one punch? Can he find an opponent to give his life meaning, or is he doomed to a life of superpowered boredom?
Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique. However, this average-looking guy has a not-so-average problem—he just can’t seem to find an opponent strong enough to take on!
Garo, a man who admires monsters, attacks the Hero Association! But after pulverizing the heroes there, he just leaves. What the heck does this guy want?! Meanwhile, Class-B, Rank-1 Miss Blizzard visits Saitama at his apartment. Since he’s just a low-ranking hero, she thinks she can make him one of her subordinates, but as always, Saitama has other plans!
