The heroes on the ground are still busy fighting Melzargard, but as the tide of the battle turns in their favor, fractures appear between the heroes. Some of them are just so selfish! Genos, who used to be a douche, recognizes a lot of similar behavior in himself before he met and was influenced by Saitama. While he is still pretty darn unemotional, Genos has realized that the ends don’t always justify the means.
The battle between Boros and Saitama is in full swing. And just to keep things on the ridiculous side, Saitama learns a new meaning to “Fly Me to the Moon.” He has finally met a worthy, more than one punch opponent. I’m not too sure how folks are going to react if they learn that Boros traveled across the galaxy to Earth to seek out the fearsome opponent foreseen by their prophet. Saitama’s massive strength and the glory of defeating him is the reason for the destruction of City A.
This fight is simply stunning. As the combatants throw everything they’ve got at each other, there is one double-page spread after another cataloging their confrontation. Over 10 double-page spreads in a row. Beautiful! The art definitely gives this manga an edge, with wondrously brutal battle sequences that are easy to follow and stunning to behold. I have never had an issue figuring out what is going on here, unlike the bystanders in the book. I read this on my 10” Kindle, and the illustrations are a joy on this device.

Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique. When aliens invade Earth, a group of Class S heroes finally finds a way to fight back and go on the offensive! Inside the enemy mother ship, Saitama fights Boros. Faced with the alien’s frightful power, he decides to get serious!! What is the Earth’s fate?!
