The Sunday Post and Stacking the Shelves–April 7th Edition

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba of The Caffeinated Book Reviewer.  This is a weekly meme where we can share news of the week and highlight new books received.

After all of the excitement of the week before, last week was just quiet.  Busy, but nothing exciting, which was okay.  It’s slowly getting warmer, so the pups and I have been spending more time outside.  Since we don’t have a fenced yard, they run in circles around me on their leashes and I jog along with them.  Their legs are a lot shorter than mine, so I don’t have to run very fast, but they have me beat in the stamina department.  They would run and run and run for hours, but I have to take a break and walk long before they are tired.  Still, they get some exercise, and so do I, so it’s mutually beneficial.  I even lost a couple of pounds, so WIN!
