The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba of The Caffeinated Book Reviewer. This is a weekly meme where we can share news of the week and highlight new books received. This week I am trying to deal with my never ending frustration with Google. They abruptly discontinued GFC at the beginning of the year, after I spent so much time and effort to get followers, and now I have learned that they will be discontinuing parts of Feedburner. Thanks a lot, Google! In the meantime, I am searching for a new solution for subscribing to the blog and for daily email updates, because I don’t know if they will work after 10/20, and I no longer trust Google. Feedcat seemed like a good choice, but it’s been down most of the day as I write this post. Very frustrating! Do you have any suggestions? How are you dealing with the discontinuation of Feedburner APIs?

New Arrivals at the Café:
Rescue My Heart by Jill Shalvis
His Larkville Cinderella by Melissa McClone
Return of the Border Warrior by Blythe Gifford
Rescuing Christmas Anthology
Baby Under the Christmas Tree by Teresa Carpenter (I am not usually a fan of baby books, but the hero is a hockey player.)
A Night of No Return by Sarah Morgan
Colton Destiny (Harlequin Romantic Suspense) by Justine Davis (Oh, noes! Another Harlequin continuity series!)
The Limit Vol 1 by Keiko Suenobu
Paradise Kiss Vol 1 by Ai Yazawa (Yeah, baby! This is one of the series that got me hooked on manga)
The Skybound Sea by Sam Sykes
A great big thanks to the publishers for their continued support!
What did you get? Please leave links and share!

I’m still on blogger so GFC works, but Linky is a pretty good alternative for followers to join and I’ve heard mailchimp is a great alternative to feeburner.

Good Luck!
You got lots of good books. Rescue My Heart and Baby Under the Christmas Tree do sound good. Like you, I like romances that involve professional athletes. My new book posts are at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Stop by if you get a chance. Happy reading!
You got some awesome new books this week. Happy reading… I am not sure what to do about the feedburner issues. I guess I need to work on that this week.

Yeah, good ol’ Google. Not. I’ve been using Linky since I switched to WordPress and it’s okay. It’s hard to build up your follower count again though (it has for me) – maybe if Google completely stops using it it’ll be easier.
Great haul – love your manga and Jill Shalvis has always been a favorite of mine. Hope you love it all.
yeah, the feedburner crap… I am using mail chimp and I switched my email subscribe to the wordpress standard, I actually really like it. Not sure what I’m going to do about rss though. However, I think most people don’t REALLY use RSS all that much….
Anyhow, great book haul this week! Happy reading- Book Savvy Babe
Oh Rescue my heart looks good! I hope you enjoy.
