Terry Spear on Shifter Hotness and Giveaway!

Terry Spear dropped by this morning to share why shifters are so hot!

Shifter Hotness—Top 5 Attributes

What will you get if you let a wolf shifter into your heart?

Shifter hotness isn’t just about physique, the way some guy has great looking abs or other remarkable assets. Looks aren’t what make a man totally hot. Really.

Let’s take a wolf.

What makes him hot is how he treats his mate and his friends and family. It’s about who he is in so many ways.

Wolves are known to be protective of and loyal to their mates. No fooling around on the side. No letting you deal with the kids on your own. No deserting you in your time of need.

They’re in great shape. Running in the wilderness helps. It gives them much needed stamina for other pursuits! Whether they’re in a pack-run town like in Silence of the Wolf and Silver Town, Colorado, or SEAL wolves on a mission, or Highlander wolves having some fun, they love to work out—with you.

Who wants to be with someone who is serious all the time? Wolves play together, play with the young ones, play with the pack members, and play with you. Having a sense of humor makes for a truly hot combination.

If there’s trouble about, you better believe the pack will stand together and protect their own. You have family to fall back on. And your mate will love your family as well as his own. But first and foremost, your mate will protect you. Not that you won’t be protecting him right back.

Which is another thing that makes your shifter hot. He’s just as grateful for you, for your wily instincts, your own loyalty and protectiveness, your own humor and playfulness, everything about you, just as much as he appeals to you.

There’s none of this—mid-life crisis business. He and you will grow old together, hand in hand, strolling along on a beach while the sun is setting, or running as wolves through woods on a moonlit night.

He’s ready for anything, wilderness survival, camping trips, and the city life. Movies, dancing, you name it, if you want to go, he’s eager to please. Need a back rub? Foot massage? Anything else?

Yep, he can be really, really hot.

So now, I bet you’re wondering where he is? So you can get one for yourself! Well, if you read the books, you might even discover where there’s a free one who might be just right for you. Because remember, the ones who are taken, are taken for life.

The only problem is that sometimes they can be hard to find. Now, if you don’t mind a little bite, if you’re not already wolfish enough, I’m sure we can fix you right up.

Did I mention five things that make a shifter hot? To recount: loyalty, protectiveness, mate for life, family oriented, sexy, humorous, playful, resourceful, in great shape, have lots of stamina—well, a few more things than five, and I’d say that gives them a total hotness factor of 10. Wouldn’t you?

If you’ve been reading the wolf series, which of the packs do you want to see more of and why?

Life For the Silver Pack Just Got Wilder…

Elizabeth Wildwood has been a longer all her life, ostracized because of her “mixed” half-wolf, half-coyote blood. When she ventures into gray wolf territory on a dangerous quest of her own and his thrown together with the sexiest shifter she’s ever met she begins to wish for the first time that she could be part of a family.

When this unusual shifter female comes into his pack’s territory, it’s Tom Silver’s job to protect her—if only she would let him.

I am partial to Terry’s SEAL’s. I simply adore a military minded man. So that makes me pretty darn sure that ANY of Terry’s shifter’s are alpha enough for me to swoon over 😉

Love her, love her men! Oooh la la!!

  • March 19, 2014 at 6:27 pm

Linda, thanks. Highlanders have a place in my heart. My great grandmother called the Highlanders a bunch of barbarians. She was a MacNeill, and descendent of Campbell and MacNeill. She was a duke’s daughter, he was a commoner, but she ran away with him for love. My grandmother, her daughter, said the same. My great aunt, her twin sister, said they were wonderful and married a Scotsman. 🙂 I take after my great aunt, who was also a big genealogy researcher in the family.

  • March 19, 2014 at 6:28 pm

Thanks, Lindsey! I hope you give them a try and fall in love! 🙂

  • March 19, 2014 at 6:28 pm

LOL, Jennifer, I love it! I’m thrilled you love them. 🙂

  • March 19, 2014 at 6:30 pm

LOL, Gena! Yeah, I have a thing for military men too. Something about a man in uniform. 🙂 All of that testosterone. *sigh*
