Certain her mother would not approve, Lo smuggled the books home and squirreled them away in the most likely of places:  under her bed. Late at night, she delved into the sensual worlds both writers created.

Why I write m/m (and other ramblings)  by Annabeth Albert

A few years ago, my uncles got married after almost forty years together. They got married the year it became legal in their state after decades of home ownership, pet parenthood, job changes, family holidays, and the sort of companionship that really only comes from building a life together. Growing up, it was simply a fact of family life that I had two uncles, who lived together, and only one was blood related to me. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized what it meant that they couldn’t marry, that if one of them got sick the other might not be allowed to see them in the hospital, and all the other red tape and prejudice they had to deal with. As a child, all I saw was their love.

5 things you would never find in Aiden’s locker by VK Sykes

Junk food: okay, Aiden will make an exception for Dorito’s Ranch-flavored chips. Hey, a guy has to have a few bad habits, right?

Pin-up pictures of models: because that is just crass and disrespectful. His mother taught him better than that.

Family pictures that include his father: Aiden does have a picture of his mother and brother in his locker. But his dad? No way.
